Oversee site security deployments, manage field officers, conduct risk assessments, and maintain client relationships for large-scale commercial and industrial facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.
- Lead emergency response protocols, incident investigations, and reporting.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk evaluations, and guard training programs.
- Ensure strict compliance with PSARA guidelines and client SLAs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent operational background (Ex-servicemen preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in security operations management.
- Strong leadership, client communication, and team management skills.
Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electronic security systems including CCTV surveillance, access control, and alarm systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, wire, and configure IP/Analog CCTV cameras, NVRs, and DVRs.
- Set up biometric access control systems, fire alarms, and perimeter security.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and respond promptly to service tickets.
- Provide technical walkthroughs and basic system training to client representatives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or ITI in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in electronic security installation.
- Basic networking knowledge (IP routing, subnetting, cabling standards).
Direct and supervise daily facility maintenance, soft services, housekeeping teams, and vendor management for corporate client premises.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise housekeeping, janitorial, and maintenance personnel on site.
- Track vendor service contracts, inventory levels, and consumables usage.
- Ensure workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards are strictly maintained.
- Address day-to-day tenant/client facility requests efficiently.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Facility Management, or relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience in corporate facility operations.
- Good organizational, vendor management, and problem-solving abilities.
